Investment Director, Fixed Income Product Management
Position Description:

The Investment Director, Product Management will provide leadership as the investment representative, consultant/advocate and business manager and ensure the integrity of our investment and risk management processes with emphasis on our Structured Finance and/or Credit-oriented investment approaches.
Responsibilities:
Develop, support and articulate the investment process
Conduct quantitative and qualitative evaluation of the investment style vis-?-vis competitive positioning and client consulting
Form close working relationships with business developers and relationship managers
Assume responsibility for internal issues associated with external offering of our investment styles
Educate and consult with internal colleagues, clients and consultants on the fixed income markets, investment policy and our approaches
Develop business plans for structured finance and credit products including investment, marketing and client support
Develop a deep knowledge of the competitive environment
Develop and maintain marketing materials
Participate in conferences, seminars and other public speaking opportunities
Qualifications:
Significant (10+ years) fixed income investment experience focused on structured finance or credit. While experience at an investment management organization is ideal, fixed income experience in research, institutional marketing, or investment consulting will also be considered.
Excellent quantitative skills, knowledge of statistical methods
Strong business judgment
Excellent written, oral and interpersonal communication skills
Creativity, thoroughness, attention to detail and leadership ability
