Our client, a international financial institution is looking for an Assistant Manager - Fund Set Up Department (ref 0804-23JM)
you will be responsible for :
the accuracy of the legal documentation of all funds and companies
all actions from initiation to liquidation of new funds and companies
up dating procedures
communicating with the internal departments of the company and with external parties
managing a team of 6-7 staff members (coaching, training, appraisals....)
Your profile:
Bac +3 minimum in a legal or finance related subject
2 to 3 years fund business implementation experience
knowledge of plain and alternative fund structures
first successful people management experience
fluent written and spoken English
